Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Over 15 years' experience in children's residential care, with expertise in safeguarding, Ofsted compliance, and building high-performing teams committed to positive outcomes.
Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Experienced in supporting young people with complex needs, trauma-informed practice, and staff development. Ensures day-to-day operational excellence and consistency of care.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with additional training in therapeutic approaches and behaviour management. Dedicated to creating safe, nurturing environments and supporting young people to achieve their goals.
Qualified counsellor or therapist with experience in trauma, attachment, and child development. Works collaboratively with the care team to embed therapeutic principles into everyday practice and provide specialist interventions.
