About ProCare

ProCare is a specialist provider of residential care for children and young people who require a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment.

We support young people aged 8 to 18 who have experienced trauma, loss, or challenging life circumstances and need consistent, skilled care to help them recover and reach their full potential.

Our approach is built on compassion, expertise, and a deep commitment to putting children at the heart of everything we do. We work in close partnership with families, social workers, schools, and health professionals to ensure each young person receives holistic, person-centred support that meets their unique needs and aspirations.

Our Services

ProCare is a specialist provider of residential care for children and young people who require a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment.

Residential Care

Small, homely environments where young people aged 8 to 18 can feel safe and supported. We provide long-term placements focused on stability and consistency.

Therapeutic Support

Trauma-informed care with access to therapeutic interventions tailored to each young person's needs. We work with specialist therapists and clinicians to support emotional wellbeing.

Education Partnership

Close collaboration with schools and education providers to ensure every young person achieves their educational potential. We support attendance, engagement, and attainment.

Skilled Staff Team

Experienced, qualified residential support workers who receive ongoing training in safeguarding, therapeutic practice, behaviour management, and child development.

Our Team

Experienced, qualified, and caring professionals dedicated to providing safe and stable homes for children and young people

Registered Manager

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Over 15 years' experience in children's residential care, with expertise in safeguarding, Ofsted compliance, and building high-performing teams committed to positive outcomes.

Deputy Manager

Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Experienced in supporting young people with complex needs, trauma-informed practice, and staff development. Ensures day-to-day operational excellence and consistency of care.

Senior Residential Support Worker

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with additional training in therapeutic approaches and behaviour management. Dedicated to creating safe, nurturing environments and supporting young people to achieve their goals.

Therapeutic Lead

Qualified counsellor or therapist with experience in trauma, attachment, and child development. Works collaboratively with the care team to embed therapeutic principles into everyday practice and provide specialist interventions.

Staff Training and Development
All ProCare staff receive comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and regular supervision to ensure they deliver the highest standards of care and support.

Our straightforward referral process is designed to ensure the right match and a smooth transition for every young person

Initial Enquiry

Information Sharing

We review referral information and assess whether we can meet the young person's needs safely and effectively.

Placement Decision

We make a considered decision about suitability and discuss arrangements with all involved professionals and the young person.

Transition and Move In

We plan a gradual, supportive transition with visits and introductions to help the young person settle comfortably.

Ongoing Review

Regular reviews and open communication ensure the placement continues to meet the young person's evolving needs.
